Forgotten Generation gives a picture of the individuals comprising the population of Norfolk Island during the First Settlement (1788-1814), and covers some aspects of their lives. It lists the names and occupations of many who resided there; those who were later moved to the Derwent and Port Dalrymple in Van Diemens Land are nominated with their ships of departure.
